Decoction
Handmade in small batches, our Decoction (coffee concentrate) is the basis for a traditional cup of South Indian Filter coffee. Brewed in a traditional South Indian coffee filter, it's stronger than espresso yet smoother. A little goes a long way!
To Prepare Filter Coffee, add 1 - 2 oz. decoction to 3 - 6 oz. hot or chilled milk. Sugar to taste. Enjoy!
One 16 oz bottle makes about 10 cups... So our 3 Pack = 30ish cups of coffee :)
